Is this test based on the real DISC model?
This test is inspired by Dr. William Marston's DISC theory but is designed for entertainment and self-reflection. It is not a validated psychological or clinical assessment.
How accurate is the result?
Like any personality quiz, the accuracy depends on how honestly you answer. The questions are designed around common workplace scenarios to give you a useful indication of your natural behavioral tendencies.
Can I retake the test?
Yes. You can retake the test as many times as you like. Your previous result will be saved locally so you can view it later or compare with a new result.
How is the DISC score calculated?
Each option you pick corresponds to one of the four DISC dimensions. Your answers are counted per dimension and normalized to a 0-100 scale. The highest scoring dimension is your primary type. The quadrant position shows your balance across task-oriented vs people-oriented and reserved vs assertive tendencies.
How does the scoring work?
